# Rights and evidence boundaries

New viewer code is covered by the project's Apache-2.0 licence. This does not relicense the following material:

- EASA and EU regulatory text and metadata retain their stated acknowledged-reproduction/source-specific conditions. The records preserve source attribution, original edition, checksum and local/eRules anchors.
- Original student/model artifacts retain their own documented licence and lineage. No model weights are bundled here, and this viewer performs no inference or training.
- Actual application screenshots may include Indigo/Coral artwork owned by Michele Giletto. The artwork and the five owner-authorised distributed presentation resources retain reserved proprietary rights; no general right to extract, redistribute, sublicense or commercially reuse those assets is granted by the viewer's code licence.

The reserved 2.5D WebGL renderer modules and original PNGs are not included in this Space. Only their identity/provenance summary and screenshots of the application are presented. No private trading/SPINS source, weights, customer information, correspondence, account credentials or operational tenant database is included.

Recorded identities are software-verification identities. The evidence is not flight execution, expert legal interpretation, authority permission, certified Detect and Avoid or operational acceptance. Historical law/source snapshots do not silently establish present or future applicability.
